A little about me…
I grew up in Cape Coral, Florida and moved to Washington, D.C. at the age of 17 to attend American University. I represented The AU Eagles at Division I level for three years before suffering an injury that would ultimately kick-start my coaching career. I went on to graduate from AU in 2019 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
In 2023 I moved to Gainesville, Florida to start a career in higher education at the University of Florida.
While most of my professional life has been spent coaching the wonderful sport of swimming, and helping students find purpose in their early careers, I believe people should be multidimensional, and pursue all their interests. This philosophy led me to start a non-profit, pursue a Masters degree, train for marathons, write a book, dabble in voice-acting and more!
When I’m not working, running, or writing, you can find me lounging on the couch with my dogs and watching something on HBO.

Image Editing
For the image editing project, I edited a photo of University Ave. and 13th Street on a rainy night last winter, and maniuplated it in Adobe Photoshop Express to fit the vibe of Matthew McConaughey's book Greenlights. I also created a logo for a fictional swim team.
